OHIO MAN BUSTED FOR SEX WITH POOL FLOAT.......AGAIN

A 34-year-old man from Ohio has been charged with public indecency for the second time in
two years after "having sexual relations with a public pool float."
Edwin Tobergta was indicted with a felony Wednesday in connection with the June incident,
which happened outside his home in Hamilton, Ohio.
Tobergta "stepped out his back door naked and was having sexual relations with a pool float,"
the Hamilton Police Department police report said.
The alleged incident occurred in front a group of children, all under age 10, that saw his
genitals and actions with the float in broad daylight.
Tobergta is being held in a local jail rather than paying a $25,000 public indecency charge. He
was arrested in 2011 after he was reported to be having sex with a pink blow-up pool raft in an
alley, his pants around his ankles.
His felony indictment shows that Tobergta has been convicted on at least three public
indecency charges.
